SHIPPING


Orders will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer. The customer must pay the transport costs, which will be applied depending on the country of destination. Likewise, the delivery time will depend on the address indicated by the customer. All of this according to the rate in force at the time of purchase.


The company is not responsible for any additional costs derived from the customs service.


The address indicated by the customer may be a private home, a workplace or any other address indicated. It is not necessary for the billing address and the shipping address to match. Our transport provider will send an email or SMS (if you have provided a contact mobile number in your order) indicating the day that delivery will be made and allowing the change of delivery date. On the same day that delivery is scheduled, our transport provider will send an email or SMS (if you have provided a contact mobile number in your order) informing of the approximate delivery time slot.


If delivery cannot be made due to the absence of the recipient, the transport agency will leave a note indicating this and will attempt to contact the recipient by telephone. After two failed attempts, the customer must contact the transport agency to proceed with the delivery.
