FAQ

The Martin Satí store was born as a personal project of Martin, to share and connect directly with people and without intermediaries.

The works presented on this website are completely original and unique, created directly by the author. Each piece is hand-handled, signed, and personally shipped, which guarantees its authenticity. No copies or reproductions are made of the works available in the store, thus ensuring that each buyer receives an exclusive piece. The image of the work may only be used for the author's self-promotion purposes, with no physical replicas.

The creation process varies for each work. Generally, the pieces are the result of a prior infographic study, and are printed using the Giclée technique, which guarantees exceptional quality. Then, each work is retouched by hand with materials such as wax pencil or watercolor, ensuring that each piece is unique in its conception and in the diversity of techniques used.

The works are usually shipped within 5 to 7 working days after receipt of the order. However, since some pieces are not stored directly in the studio for conservation reasons, this period may vary. In the event of a delay, the buyer will be notified by email.

Yes, we ship worldwide. And in this case, depending on the destination country, we apply a transport surcharge that appears at check out, where you can see the amount before making the payment.

If the artwork has arrived in poor condition, please send us an email attaching a photo of the damage. As it is a unique artwork, it will not be possible to replace it. You must send it back and we will refund your money. More details in Returns

To ensure the safety of the pieces during transport, we implement double packaging and use protective tubes for the appropriate sizes. Each work is packed with the utmost care to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition at its destination.

The papers used are acid-free and have an alkaline reserve to ensure maximum durability. Fine art papers are intended for high-end printing. Their optimal nature allows them to be archived for over 100 years without significant color alterations. A Fine Art Paper is mostly composed of cotton or alpha cellulose, is lignin-free, has a controlled pH and is not artificially bleached. I use papers or canvases that have been approved and previously tested for durability by Wilhelm Imaging Research.

One of the most important aspects of caring for Fine Art prints is their protection from water and direct exposure to sunlight. Humidity can cause irreparable damage, such as stains and warping of the paper. Exposure to direct sunlight also represents a major risk, as ultraviolet rays can cause fading and progressive deterioration of the pigments.

When displaying the artwork, it is highly recommended to use glass or methacrylate with UV protection. This type of protection acts as a filter against harmful ultraviolet rays, considerably reducing the risk of fading and helping to preserve the integrity of the color and details of the artwork.
