SHIPPING COSTS

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges or returns.

POLICY

Purchased items on the MARTIN SATÍ website may be returned if they have not been tampered with, are in perfect condition and are in their original box, duly packaged and protected. Please note that the box is part of the order and must arrive at our warehouse in the same condition in which it was sent. Do not add any transport sticker or seal to the box, as this may affect the refund process.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the initial purchase.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Fill out the form below and enter the order number and the email address from which the purchase was made.


2. After completing this step, you will receive your return request as an attached file by email. You must print it, fill it out completely and include it in the order you wish to return.


3. Pack the item you wish to return along with the original box and the duly completed return request. It is important to include this receipt because, otherwise, it will be impossible for us to identify the request and successfully complete the refund.


The return shipping costs will always be the responsibility of the customer. The customer must send the package to our logistics center in order to process the return to the following address:

4. Once the product arrives at our warehouses, we will refund the price of the product (shipping costs not included) as soon as possible, having a legal maximum of 15 days to make the payment. Once we have received notification of the refund, it may take a few days for the payment to be reflected in the account.
We have up to 15 days to process the return from the time the order is received at our logistics centre. As soon as we process the return, we will inform the customer. We will do our best to ensure that it is completed as soon as possible.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS


If, exceptionally, the product has arrived defective, we will review its condition and once the problem has been confirmed, we will refund the amount. The customer must provide the order number with which they made the purchase in order to correctly credit the purchase.


CANCELLATIONS


The website reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of computer errors that may flagrantly modify the price of a product.
