Martin studied Fine Arts at the University of Seville and in Winchester, UK. This allowed him to connect the history of painting with contemporary graphic design, creating a field of study that has evolved between both disciplines. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with both national and international brands: McDonald's, Google, HP, AT&T, IBM, Pink Lady, National Nederlanden, Deloitte, Samsung, Apple, Beefeater, Harper's Bazaar, Osborne, etc.

His work philosophy stems from the relationship between graphic design, painting, and the empty spaces that emerge between the two. His work explores graphic complexities to break with the functionality of design. In this way, his work becomes material for thought and devices for imagination.

Martín conceives craftsmanship as a slow process that allows one to think about what one is doing while doing it. He works with graphic material not to produce functional objects, but to understand them. He is not interested in design approaching art, but rather in it reaching an emotional dimension that invites reflection. He lives, works, and studies in Triana.
